Role – Pay per click specialist Location – Part week hybrid, other part based in Norfolk – 37.5 hours per week Working hours – Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm – 1 hour for lunch Capacity of role – Permanent position Salary – £30,000 per annum Our client is a leading manufacturer and is currently recruiting for a Pay per click specialist to join their structured and growing team. Candidates will be responsible for owning and optimising all paid digital advertising activity. Main duties will include – Building, Managing and Optimising paid search, display and social campaigns. Conducting keyword research, audience targeting and competitor benchmarking Writing, testing and iterating ad copy and creative assets Managing monthly PPC budgets, ensuring efferent speed and pacing Adjusting bids and budgets in real time Report variances and justify spend against forecasted targets. Monitor daily/weekly performance against KPIs Maintain campaign performance dashboards for internal visibility. Test new targeting options, ad formats, and bidding strategies. Collaborate with SEO, content, and design for optimised landing pages. Candidate Attributes – Proven PPC platform experience (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn). Strong analytical and Excel/Sheets skills. Understanding of tracking, attribution, and tag management. Ability to interpret data into clear actions. Copywriting skills for ad creation.
