We are seeking a reliable and skilled Telehandler Operators / Farm Hands to join our team for the 2026 season and beyond. This dual-purpose role requires a safety-conscious operator to manage material movement across the site, alongside supporting daily agricultural operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Precision Operation: Safely operate a telehandler with various attachments (forks, buckets, bale spikes) to load/unload deliveries and transport materials across uneven terrain.
- Material Handling: Manage the distribution of straw, feed, and fertilizer; ensure all loads are secure and within the machines load chart limits.
- Daily Maintenance: Conduct pre-operation safety checks, including fluid levels and tire inspections, and perform routine maintenance like greasing and cleaning.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations, maintaining high spatial awareness in busy farmyards.
Essential Requirements
- Certifications: Valid CPCS (A17) or NPORS Telehandler license is mandatory.
- Experience: Proven experience operating telescopic handlers in an agricultural or industrial setting.
