Job Title: Compliance Administrator Location: Norwich Salary: Excellent Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (office based) Galaxy Personnel is partnering with an exciting growing company, who expanding the Compliance Team. This department is the backbone of the business This could be the role for you!!! Key Role Objectives * Listen to and audit outbound and inbound calls made by our call centre agents. * Score calls using a compliance scoring card (covering script adherence, objection handling, and professionalism). * Identify non-compliant calls and feed this back into agent scoring. * Work closely with floor managers and trainers to ensure all agents remain compliant and efficient. What you will need: * Audit a set number of calls per agent each week. * Complete detailed scoring cards for each call (compliance lines, objection handling, professionalism, data use). * Flag non-compliance immediately to management. * Work with compliance leadership to refine scoring criteria as campaigns evolve. * Keep records to demonstrate compliance. Desirable Skills * Highly detail-oriented β can spot small script deviations instantly. * Firm but constructive β compliance isnβt negotiable, but feedback must help agents improve. * Basic IT skills are essential, confidence with typing. * Comfortable working with confidential data under GDPR rules. * Experienced in call auditing, telesales, or regulated environments (desirable but not essential β full training provided).
