Role – Assembly Operator role\\nLocation – Mildenhall, Suffolk \\nWorking hours – Wednesday to Saturday, Thursday to Saturday – 6.00am – 6.00pm\\nCapacity of role – Temporary to Permanent position\\nRate of pay – Up to £16.49 per hour\\n\\nOur client is currently looking for an addition to their workshop by employing an assembly operator within a temporary to permanent assignment.\\n\\nMain duties will include – \\n•\\tChecking that items are fully assembled\\n•\\tEnsuring safety protocols are followed on the assembly line\\n•\\tTroubleshooting any issues found during production\\n•\\tReading and deciphering schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions\\n•\\tPositioning or aligning components and parts\\n•\\tUsing hand tools or machines to assemble parts\\n•\\tConducting quality control checks\\n•\\tCleaning and maintaining work area and equipment\\n•\\tOperating and maintaining automated machinery used to assemble parts, components, and products\\n\\nCandidate attributes – \\n\\n\\tMechanical aptitude and dexterity using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment\\n\\tAbility to read and interpret diagrams, blueprints, schematics, and specifications\\n\\tKnowledge of machining and manufacturing processes\\n\\tAttention to detail and accuracy\\n\\tTeamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues\\n\\tFamiliarity with workplace safety protocols\\n\\tProficiency in operating cranes, forklifts, and other material handling equipment\\n\\nSkills Required\\n\\nassembly, manufacturing, engineering, following instructions, working to deadlines, shift pattern, power tools, hand tools, \\n\\nQualifications Required\\nown transport \\n\\nKeywords\\nassembly, manufacturing, engineering, following instructions, working to deadlines, shift pattern, power tools, hand tools
