Galaxy Personnel are looking for 1 ADR Driver with (Cat C). Must be an experienced ADR driver looking for something new? Or recently qualified and seeking a long-term contract that offers a supportive training environment? This long-term HGV Driver position with the UK’s leading energy suppliers will support them through peak season (now, right through to April 2025). The successful applicant will join Galaxy Personnel's team of skilled temporary drivers to exclusively support our client in the safe and efficient delivery of mini-bulk gas to locations across the area. Working the night shift, you’ll be driving about when the roads are at their quietest too!
Pay starts at £16.13 p/h, overtime paid after 42.5 hours @ £24.15 p/h and double time on weekends @ £32.26 p/h, + £2,000 pa bonus (dependent on performance) + benefits. Working hours are 42.5 / 4 on 2 off shifts.
What you’ll need:
- Must hold a current (CAT C) licence.
- A current ADR Vocational Training Certificate.
- Minimum ADR requirement is Class 2 in Tanks/Packaged Goods.
- You should be fully conversant with tachographs and driver hour’s legislation.
- You will need to always demonstrate a high level of safety awareness.
- Customer focused, you should have a flexible approach to your hours of work and be prepared to work weekends and public holidays as required to meet the needs of the business.
