Our client is recruiting for a spray operator to join their workshop team. Applicants will be paint spraying, preparing materials and equipment, applying the product and ensuring all items are to customer specifications.
Main duties will include:
- Setting up of paint spraying equipment
- Ensuring materials are processed and mixed to the right specification
- Preparing surfaces in order that items can be painted
- Applying a wide range of coating products
- Following strict safety regulations covering the use of potentially hazardous materials
- Carrying out visual inspections of completed painted items
- Liaising with administrator regarding queries on paperwork of jobs processed
- Managing workshop assistant
