IT Infrastructure Project Manager - 12 Months FTC Contract - London

The role:
Highly experienced PM with 12+ years of experience in the delivery of IT Infrastructure projects. Previous experience of SD-WAN / MPLS to SD-WAN migration and managing multi-site/global rollouts is a must. Healthcare vertical experience is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Have sole responsibility for the delivery of projects (or discrete work packages within larger projects).
- Work with appropriate stakeholders and project sponsors to understand the requirements.
- Build close working relationships with stakeholders and relevant business contacts to ensure i) confidence is built and maintained, ii) all stakeholders are informed and engaged during the project, and iii) the solution supports adoption and delivers maximum benefit.
- Manage a matrix team to deliver solutions and processes in support of project objectives and requirements, leading the project team and motivating all team members with clear direction and communication.
- Manage the project plan, budget, risks and issues, escalating to senior management when appropriate and actively monitor delivery of external dependencies.
- Define the deployment strategy and prepare and execute the project plan, ensuring the project solution is transitioned to full support post delivery.
- Experience of using JIRA for PM tasks.
