Implementation Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Implementation Specialist to work on e-invoicing and enterprise software implementations for global clients.

This is a client-facing role requiring strong analytical skills, configuration experience, and fluency in French and English.

Work Arrangement

• Hybrid: 1–2 days/week from office
• Remote: If no local office is available

Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end software implementations
• Configure solutions based on client requirements
• Deliver product demos and user training (end-users & super-users)
• Perform testing, validation, and troubleshooting
• Ensure project delivery within timelines and budgets
• Collaborate with product, sales, and support teams
• Support pre-sales demos and client requirement scoping
• Create and maintain project documentation and deliverables

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in software implementation and configuration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic coding knowledge with a learning mindset
• Experience working with global stakeholders
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
• Exposure to ERP and e-invoicing solutions (preferred)
• Strong interest in software implementation and enterprise systems
• Ability to translate complex solutions into client-friendly communication
• Collaborative mindset with ability to work across teams
• High attention to detail and structured problem-solving approach
