We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in healthcare technology to develop a next-generation, deterministic, integrated patient triage platform. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a national healthcare solution using the latest Microsoft and Azure technologies.
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with C#, .NET 10, REST APIs, and Azure
- Hands‑on expertise with HL7 FHIR R4, UK Core, SNOMED CT, and ICD‑10
- Experience integrating NHS Login, NHS App APIs, and NHS interoperability services
- Azure Functions, App Services, Key Vault, Monitor, and cloud‑native architecture
- Practical experience using AI‑assisted development tools and AI agents in enterprise software delivery
- Strong understanding of GDPR, DSPT, and secure healthcare application development
Highly Desirable
- Clinical workflows and healthcare interoperability
- Experience with regulated healthcare software (ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IEC 62304)
- HL7 FHIR validation, terminology bindings, and UK Core compliance
