- Influence strategic decisions across leading Telecom and Pharma organizations.
- Build and grow consulting capabilities.

- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor and thought leader.
- Develop trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Lead strategic consulting engagements and business transformation programs.
- Drive consulting revenue growth and profitability.
- Create innovative business solutions and proactive proposals.
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, and account teams.
- Build, mentor, and inspire consulting teams.
- Shape industry‑specific consulting offerings and market strategy.
- Establish thought leadership across the consulting ecosystem.
Qualifications
- 12–15+ years of consulting experience.
- Experience leading strategy, transformation, and advisory engagements.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Process modelling expertise (ARIS, Visio, Bizagi, etc.).
- Lean / Six Sigma certifications (preferred).
