We are looking for an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM / MRO) Consultant to support a major SAP S/4HANA transformation programme within a complex engineering and manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience delivering SAP PM/EAM solutions, particularly in Aerospace MRO, Asset Management, and SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations .
Key Responsibilities Lead SAP PM/EAM solution design and configuration for SAP S/4HANA.
Drive Fit-to-Standard workshops and promote Clean Core implementation.
Configure Technical Objects, Functional Locations, Equipment Master Data, Work Centres, Maintenance Orders, Notifications, and Preventive Maintenance.
Integrate SAP PM with MM, PP, QM, PLM, MES, and other enterprise platforms.
Support SAP ECC to S/4HANA transition, including coexistence and migration strategy.
Configure complex MRO subcontracting and refurbishment processes.
Ensure compliance with aviation standards including CAA, EASA, FAA, ITAR, and AS9100.
Collaborate with architects, migration teams, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills 10+ years of hands-on SAP PM/EAM consulting experience.
Proven experience in at least 3 full SAP implementation projects, including SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration.
Deep configuration expertise in Equipment Master, Functional Locations, Maintenance Plans, Task Lists, Equipment BOMs, and Asset Management.
Strong understanding of SAP Activate and Agile methodologies.
