We are hiring an Asset Management & Administrator to manage IT assets, logistics, and onsite coordination activities across client locations. This is a hands-on operational role, combining stock management, logistics coordination, and service support.
Location: Bristol (Central Hub + Associated Sites)

Role Overview: Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and customers, ensuring smooth asset lifecycle management, stock control, and coordination of onsite activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Logistics:
- Coordinate stock movement with delivery and partner teams
- Receive and manage asset deliveries onsite
- Unbox, bundle, and prepare assets for dispatch/collection
- Maintain clean and organized storage areas
- Collaborate with customer teams on stock planning and management
- Stock Management & Disposal:
- Manage end-to-end stock lifecycle (booking-in / booking-out)
- Maintain auditable asset tracking and reporting
- Perform monthly and ad-hoc stock audits
- Coordinate with global asset management teams
- Monitor stock usage levels and maintain required inventory
- Support asset disposal and decommissioning activities
- Coordination & Support:
- Monitor and manage open service tickets and hardware requests
- Align engineers and hardware to meet SLA commitments
- Schedule and coordinate client appointments
- Maintain accurate updates in ticketing systems
- Escalate issues approaching SLA breach
- Support reporting and administrative tasks as required
Key Requirements:
- Experience in asset management / IT logistics / admin roles
- Strong understanding of stock control and inventory processes
- Familiarity with ticketing tools and SLA-based environments
- Good coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail and documentation
Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability
- Good communication skills (client-facing role)
- Ability to work in a structured, onsite environment
