We are looking for a skilled Implementation Specialist to working on e-invoicing and enterprise software implementations for global clients.

This is a client-facing role requiring strong analytical skills, configuration experience, and fluency in French and English.

📍 Location Options:

United Kingdom | Netherlands | Norway | Denmark | Sweden | Finland

💼 Employment Type: Permanent

💰 Salary: Open (based on experience)

🧑 💻 Experience: 7–10 Years

🗣️ Language: French (Mandatory) | English (Mandatory)

🏢 Work Mode:

• Hybrid: 1–2 days/week from office

• Remote: If no local office is available

🔹 Role Overview:

As an Implementation Specialist, you will be part of a cross-functional software implementation team, delivering e-invoicing solutions for enterprise clients.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support end-to-end software implementations

• Configure solutions based on client requirements

• Deliver product demos and user training (end-users & super-users)

• Perform testing, validation, and troubleshooting

• Ensure project delivery within timelines and budgets

• Collaborate with product, sales, and support teams

• Support pre-sales demos and client requirement scoping

• Create and maintain project documentation and deliverables

🔹 Key Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in software implementation / configuration

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Basic coding knowledge with learning mindset

• Experience working with global stakeholders

• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills

• Exposure to ERP / e-invoicing solutions (preferred)
