About This Role: We’re looking for a full-time Solutions Consultant to join our Sales team reporting to the RVP, Solutions Consulting & Customer Success. This role is a hybrid role based out of our London location. In this role, you’ll play a key role in driving successful customer outcomes by aligning Gainsight’s platform capabilities with client business needs and delivering impactful, tailored solutions across the customer journey. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and enjoys working cross-functionally with teams like Sales, Product, Marketing, and Professional Services. The ideal candidate brings strong skills in solution design, stakeholder management, and product storytelling.
What You'll Do:
- Lead discovery sessions to understand client business needs and translate them into Gainsight use cases.
- Create and deliver impactful product demonstrations and presentations for both business and technical audiences.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to shape solution strategies and technical narratives.
- Develop and present solution storyboards and configure demo environments tailored to client challenges.
- Respond to technical RFPs/RFIs with accurate and timely input.
- Support pilots and proof-of-concept engagements with a hands-on, consultative approach.
- Participate in ongoing enablement, product updates, and internal knowledge sharing.

What We're Looking For:
- 2–5 years of experience in software pre-sales, consulting, product management, or customer success.
- Degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in complex sales cycles.
Nice-to-have skills:
- Technical understanding of APIs, relational databases (SQL, Redshift, MongoDB), and SaaS architecture.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and data integration workflows preferred.
- Working knowledge of customer success, digital adoption, or community platforms.
