We’re looking for a full-time Solutions Consultant to join our Sales team reporting to the RVP, Solutions Consulting & Customer Success. This role is a hybrid role based out of our London location.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and enjoys working cross-functionally with teams like Sales, Product, Marketing, and Professional Services. The ideal candidate brings strong skills in value-based storytelling, technical solution design, and enterprise pre-sales execution.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to shape solution strategies and technical narratives.
  • This role will require occasional travel for team meetings, training, or company events.
  • 2–5 years of experience in software pre-sales, consulting, product management, or customer success.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in complex sales cycles.
  • Technical understanding of APIs, relational databases (SQL, Redshift, MongoDB), and SaaS architecture.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and data integration workflows preferred.
  • Working knowledge of customer success, digital adoption, or community platforms.
