Gainsbury and Whiting is a renowned London based creative agency working internationally across Fashion, retail, technology, art, culture and experience.

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Creative Producer to join our team. Someone who combines production experience with strong creative instincts.

We are particularly interested in people who don't see a dividing line between creative thinking and production.

The position is to act as the creative producer between the agency, client and creative teams. From initial brief, through to design, production and final delivery. Ensuring that creative ideas are translated into real world experience.

Projects will span fashion, retail, brand experience, technology, exhibition design, and cultural events.

Applicants will need a minimum of five years relative experience within a creative agency, production company, design studio or similar environment.

A strong production background is essential with experience delivering projects across multiple mediums, coordinating multiple creative and production partners, managing project timelines, budgets, deliverables and production workflows, taking responsibility for projects from concept through to completion.

We are looking for someone with a strong creative eye and genuine interest in design, fashion, culture and contemporary visual thinking, who can contribute ideas and become part of the creative conversation.

Applicants should be confident creating and contributing to design presentations with a strong understanding of how an idea is communicated visually as well as verbally.

Also experience of dealing with clients directly. Presenting ideas and building trusted relationships.

Job Description

• Experienced producer with excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Creative, visually literate and culturally engaged
• Confident working directly with senior international clients
• Experienced in coordinating designers, architects, fabricators, technical teams, artists and other creative specialists.
• Comfortable managing several projects and priorities simultaneously
• Experience in design development and presentation
• Proficient in keynote, adobe creative suite and comfortable working within design-led presentations.
• Calm, resourceful and solutions focused under pressure,
• Collaborative and curious.
