We are looking for someone who:
is passionate about children’s learning, in particular have a passion for understanding additional learning needs
has a rich knowledge and understanding of how pupils learn, in particular pupils with SEND
is passionate about outdoor learning and has a drive to embed this into the schools curriculum and ethos
is eager to expand their knowledge, skills and understanding of teaching and broaden approaches
has experience of working within a school setting and managing pupil behaviour positively
has experience in supporting teaching and learning on a 1:1 and small group basis
