We are looking for someone who:
- is passionate about children’s learning, in particular have a passion for understanding additional learning needs
- has a rich knowledge and understanding of how pupils learn, in particular pupils with SEND
- is passionate about outdoor learning and has a drive to embed this into the school's curriculum and ethos
- is eager to expand their knowledge, skills and understanding of teaching and broaden approaches
- has experience of working within a school setting and managing pupil behaviour positively
- has experience in supporting teaching and learning on a 1:1 and small group basis
