You\’ll:Contribute to regular bookkeeping and accounting processes, including:Management reporting and month‐end closeVAT returns and payrollCashflow managementSupplier liaison and payment runsOperational reportingMaintain dashboards and operational KPIs for performance trackingMaintain high‐quality accounting records to support the portfolio leadCreate, automate and maintain standard operating procedures and documentationUse cloud accounting software (Xero, Dext, Apron, etc.)Identify and implement process improvements, automation and tech integrationsMentor and train junior team membersWho You Are You\’re experienced, reliable, and proactive – with a genuine passion for helping SMEs thrive.You\’re energised by variety, happy to embrace change, and unafraid to take ownership.
