By combining investment-grade intelligence, AI-powered workflows, and proprietary data in one unified platform, Gain enables top deal teams to move faster, reduce risk, and build conviction with confidence.
We’re looking for a Senior Digital Marketer to build and scale Gain’s digital acquisition engine across key global markets. This is a strategic, hands-on role focused on paid digital channels, funnel performance, and growth optimisation. You’ll own the end-to-end performance of our digital marketing, driving high-quality pipeline and revenue through structured campaigns, continuous experimentation, and data-led decision making.
What will you do
- Own the strategy and execution of paid acquisition channels including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads (Search & Display), and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and execute quarterly paid media strategies aligned to business and regional sales goals, incorporating performance insights, industry best practices, and structured testing frameworks.
- Develop and execute full-funnel digital strategies aligned to key ICP segments (Private Equity, M&A Advisors, Consultants) across TOF, MOF and BOF stages.
- Establish and run a structured experimentation framework across creative, content, audience targeting, channel mix, landing pages and conversion flows to identify high-performing patterns and scale what works quickly, adjusting budget allocation where necessary.
- Develop retargeting and nurture strategies based on engagement depth and intent signals.
- Ensure MAL, MQL, and SQL targets are achieved within budgeted CAC targets.
- Test and evaluate new channels, formats, and growth opportunities.
- Ensure all inbound leads (paid, chatbot, etc.) are accurately captured, integrated into the CMS, tagged and routed to the appropriate GTM teams.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to ensure all sales-ready leads are followed up within the allocated timeframes and all HS fields are updated in line with our lead funnel playbook.
- Own and optimise chatbot performance (e.g. Leadoo) to improve conversion and lead qualification.
- Build and own monthly performance reporting, ensuring clear measurement of marketing impact across channel performance, funnel volumes and conversion rates, pipeline contribution and closed-won deal influence with clear recommendations and next steps.
- Conduct closed-won deal analysis, analysing full customer journeys from first touch through to closed won, leveraging multi-touch attribution models.
- Own and maintain GA4 tracking, ensuring accurate measurement of user behaviour and campaign performance.
- Ensure seamless integration and tracking between paid channels and CRM systems, maintaining clean attribution and data hygiene.
- Leverage AI tools and vibe coding to scale campaign execution and optimisation, monthly reporting and creative production.
Who are you
- 5+ years’ experience in performance or digital marketing, ideally working for a high-growth B2B SaaS, data or fintech company.
- Proven track record of scaling paid channels in LinkedIn and Google to drive pipeline and revenue.
- Experience managing and optimising significant digital marketing budgets.
- Strong experience with full-funnel paid digital campaign strategy and execution, lead funnel metrics and conversion optimisation, attribution modelling and closed-won analysis.
- Highly analytical, with the ability to translate data into clear commercial insights and actions.
- Highly organised with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable operating across both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
- Strong hands-on experience within HubSpot.
- Proactive, ownership mindset with strong follow-through.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
What do we offer
- Competitive base salary and annual bonus linked to your performance / OKRs.
- Attractive benefits including private medical insurance, health & wellbeing and remote working allowance, learning & coaching benefits, etc.
- Flexible hybrid working model with ca. 2 days per week in our London/Amsterdam office.
- Healthy work-life balance allowing for planability and personal commitments.
- Chance to grow with the company gaining increasing responsibilities, supported by lots of coaching and a feedback-driven approach.
- Tremendous learning and career progression opportunities.
- International environment with hubs in New York, London, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Warsaw, and Bangalore.
- Culture of trust, ownership and standard of excellence and a fun working atmosphere with regular outings and events.
- Post product-market fit and aspiring unicorn status - this is an excellent time to join & grow with us!
