The Role We're looking for a Midweight Creative Team to help define, shape and deliver exceptional creative work across global projects. You'll be hands‑on from day one, coming up with strong ideas, crafting them beautifully and seeing them through to delivery. You're as comfortable generating concepts as you are sweating the detail, and you understand how to turn a good idea into great work through informed decisions and strong judgement. This role suits a team ready to take on more responsibility, owning projects, influencing direction and helping raise the creative standard across the studio while staying curious, generous, and grounded.
Responsibilities
- Creative Thinking
- Develop clear, original creative ideas that answer the brief and resonate culturally
- Think in systems and narratives, not just one‑offs, considering how ideas live and evolve
- Generate ideas quickly, refine them thoughtfully, and know when to push further
- Balance instinct with insight, understanding why an idea works and how to make it stronger
- Craft & Execution
- Deliver high‑quality creative across a range of formats and channels
- Write with confidence, clarity and tone; design and art direct with strong visual judgement
- Maintain a high level of craft and attention to detail across every output
- Ensure work is consistent, considered, and on‑brand at every touchpoint
- Ownership & Delivery
- Take ideas from concept to completion, working closely with designers, editors, animators and production partners
- Create clear, well‑structured presentations, decks and toolkits that set work up for success
- Be actively involved in production, guiding execution and protecting the integrity of the idea
- Manage multiple work streams with focus, accountability and momentum
- Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with strategy, client and production teams to move projects forward efficiently
- Present work clearly and confidently to internal teams and clients
- Be a reliable creative partner who is always collaborative, proactive and solutions‑focused
- Lead by example by getting stuck in, supporting others and helping elevate the work around you
- Cultural & Platform Fluency
- Stay plugged into culture, including trends, creators, communities and shifts in how people engage with content
- Bring cultural awareness and relevance into your work in a considered and authentic way
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience as a Creative Team or equivalent solo creatives in a creative, social or content‑led agency environment
- A strong portfolio showing concept, craft and consistency across multiple channels
- Excellent copywriting skills for the copywriter and strong visual thinking for the art director
- Experience working closely with designers, motion, editors and other creative specialists
- Confident presenting ideas and articulating creative thinking with clarity
- Comfortable working at pace across multiple projects with high expectations
