The Role Responsible for taking a lead practitioner role on high profile client projects, including supervising and mentoring other team members and ensuring quality of delivery in line with client and company expectations. Actively engage in developing internal practices and the accessibility services provided, as well as GAIN’s wider services and capabilities in support of identifying and developing commercial growth opportunities. Responsibilities Project Leadership contribute to the agency’s visibility and authority in the field. Collaborate with Marketing to ensure GAIN’s platforms reflect cutting-edge accessibility and user experience practices. Required Experience a relevant degree is advantageous. In-depth knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). Strong communicator, facilitator, and problem-solver with sound decision-making skills. Proven leadership ability—balancing autonomy with collaboration and motivating teams to deliver high-quality results. Excellent organisational skills; able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strategic focus.
