Contract Client Success Manager required to work with multiple premier brands to provide first class strategic marketing effectiveness services. As a Contract Client Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our products/services. Your role will involve building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and facilitating successful outcomes to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
About the Role:
We are seeking a data-savvy and customer-focused Client Success Manager (CSM) to lead strategic engagements with clients by leveraging Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) insights. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients extract actionable value from their marketing data, optimize their media spend, and improve overall marketing performance through MMM-driven recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Own and nurture long-term relationships with a portfolio of enterprise-level clients.
- Insight Delivery: Translate complex MMM outputs into clear, compelling, and actionable insights that drive marketing decisions.
- Strategic Guidance: Advise clients on media allocation, ROI optimisation, and budget planning based on model results and performance benchmarks.
- Reporting & Presentation: Create and deliver presentations, dashboards, and summary reports that align with client business objectives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with data science, analytics, and product teams to ensure accurate, timely delivery of MMM results.
- Upsell & Retention: Identify opportunities to expand account value by demonstrating ROI and aligning MMM capabilities with client priorities.
- Feedback Loop: Collect client feedback to guide product enhancements and model improvements.
Qualifications:
- 3–6 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in marketing analytics, consulting, or SaaS.
- Strong understanding of Marketing Mix Modelling or similar media measurement methodologies (e.g., MTA, attribution modelling).
- Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of managing senior client relationships and delivering value from data products or services.
- Proficiency with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau/Looker, and a basic understanding of statistical concepts.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working at or with media agencies, marketing analytics platforms, or MMM providers.
- Knowledge of digital and traditional media channels and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with Python, R, or SQL is a plus (for understanding or interpreting model outputs).
