An inspiring and strategic Client Success Partner to join our client leadership team. This is a pivotal role where you will champion client satisfaction, drive profitable client revenue growth, and foster a thriving, engaged team environment. You are a data-driven, results-oriented leader with exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, capable of serving as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to senior client stakeholders. You will have 10+ years of experience in the marketing effectiveness or analytics industry.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Elevating Client Delivery & Insights: translate complex data into clear, impactful insights for senior clients, lead a team of five plus dotted-line relationships to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget, with strong quality assurance. Champion data storytelling and optimize client value from our tools.
- Driving Profitable Client Growth: achieve client growth targets, identify new opportunities, and ensure profitability by proactively managing scope and efficiency. This includes leading new business pitches and demonstrating tangible value we deliver.
- Cultivating Strategic Client Relationships: build and expand relationships with senior client stakeholders, manage scope, and proactively mitigate risks to enhance client satisfaction and advocacy.
- Embodied Thought & Values Leadership: maintain deep knowledge of our offerings and the wider industry, serve as an inspirational leader who embodies our values. Foster collaborative learning and drive high satisfaction within the Client Success team.
