Recruitment Advisor

We are looking for an exceptional Recruitment and Talent Advisor who will drive, manage and report on candidate attraction for our new bakery openings in order to fully support GAIL’s growth plans. Key responsibilities
- Driving and setting recruitment strategy for all New Bakery Openings within your area
- Ensuring all recruitment tactics are being delivered on time
- Deep diving into local recruitment solutions, reviewing data and insight to steer strategy
- Work with Operations team on internal transfers and succession planning
- Devising clear attraction strategies across all roles within your areas utilizing job boards, headhunting, and social media.
- Screening and selecting the best candidates
- Supporting and upskilling bakery leaders to select, recruit and develop their teams
- Organising Assessment Days and representing GAIL’s in new bakery locations
- Managing and updating the Applicant Tracking System, opening, closing and publishing vacancies
- Supporting Opening Bakery Managers with any ATS support in training and process
- Be a Job boards specialist, owning CV Database searches, and maximise advertising investment.
- Be a data wizard, collating reports from all recruitment platforms.
- Social Media and EVP Work with the Talent team to create a social media calendar for new bakery openings
- Identify additional innovative candidate attraction opportunities through partnering with colleges and universities, Facebook groups, Charities etc.
What we are looking for
- A genuine people person, you love interacting with others and being a storyteller
- At least 2 years’ experience within a recruitment / Talent role
- Good knowledge and passion for the hospitality industry
- Previous recruitment experience around new openings would be an advantage
- Strong understanding of all social channels, creative, innovative and disruptive in your thought process
- Good working knowledge of all recruitment and talent processes
- Able to travel to new bakery locations to attend assessment days
- Naturally positive mindset, high energy and high challenge
- Strong written English, engaging with a good sense of fun
- Strong communication skills and able to confidently address a room
