You will be responsible for the Coffee Training, supporting our Bakeries and Breadheads to craft coffee to a high standard through sharing your passion for specialty coffee. Coffee Trainers ensure that the final product observes the company's quality standards. In general, these detail-oriented professionals are responsible for the development of our Baristas.
This is a field-based role: Bakeries & Our Office in Hawley Wharf, Camden (this role will involve travel around London & UK).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Supporting our Bakeries and Breadheads to craft coffee to a high standard through sharing your passion for specialty coffee.
- Set strong standards and foundations around Coffee and our hot drinks offering.
- Driving team development, quality and ultimately sales; you will visit our bakeries to coach and support to develop our Coffee offering.
- Lead, deliver and embed key business objectives for improving our bakery procedures and practices, such as visual quick sheets and standardising measuring.
- Highlight and drive our commercial lens in bakeries, driving successful practices into habits.
- Continuously challenging our bakery activities and driving commercially savvy and quality-focused conversations to support our teams.
- Writing content to support the training and development of our Breadheads.
- Supporting with NPD launches and NBO training to provide the very best guidance, training and support.
- Highly collaborative team member with our support team and production partners.
- Bringing teams together to move projects forward, never losing the initial concept.
- Tenacious to see a problem through to permanent resolve.
- Excellent communicator both verbally and written.
- High level of attention to detail.

- SCA Barista Intermediate & Professional qualifications would be an advantage.
