GAIL's is seeking a Head Baker in Stoke-on-Trent. You will lead the bakery team, bake items for displays, and model excellent leadership and food safety standards.
The role starts early with shifts around 5:30am–6:30am, and you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality bread, cakes and pastries. The position involves developing others, taking charge, and maintaining excellent product knowledge to keep Gail's standards across all stores.
