We are looking for a Bakery Manager who has a passion to join the GAIL’s family and to be inspiring to a team by empowering them daily and being their coach through leading by example. You should be motivated by strategic planning and execution in order to deliver great results whilst maintaining our high standards.
With no day being the same, you must use problem solving skills and be an accountable leader to manage the changes and challenges each day may bring. For this bench position, you will be assigned to different bakeries based on business needs, providing management cover where it is required across sites including Bristol Clifton, Bristol College Green, Bristol Whiteladies and bakeries in the surrounding area.
