As our Junior Commercial Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in providing accurate, insightful reporting across the business. Working closely with the Commercial Finance Business Partner and collaborating with teams including Food, Coffee, Digital, Marketing and Operations, you'll help shape decision-making through high-quality analysis and commentary.

Commercial Reporting & Analysis- Produce weekly and monthly sales, waste and margin reporting with actionable insights.
- Support the monthly commercial pack and take minutes for commercial meetings.
- Analyse Production Reporter data to identify opportunities to improve availability and reduce waste.
- Review Order Recommender outputs to highlight over- or under-ordering issues across bakeries.
- Analyse product ranges and track category line counts to reduce operational complexity.
- Support evaluation of new products and seasonal ranges.
- Help drive performance metrics including LFL sales, transactions, average spend, availability and NPD share.
- Assist with weekly shop re-forecasting and provide timely updates to Operations teams.
- Help develop the bi-weekly Property Pack, including capital expenditure analysis and investment appraisals.
- Support variance analysis on sales mix and cost performance versus Budget and Last Year.
- Deliver flexible, detailed analysis for the CFO, Head of Finance, Business Partners and wider stakeholders as needed.
- A self-starter, confident reviewing your own work.
