We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team. The candidate will provide clinical support to podiatrists including but not limited to preparation of treatment rooms, preparing instruments, etc.
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients both in person and by telephone, booking and rescheduling appointments.
- Booking both clinical and home visit appointments.
- Invoicing.
- Maintaining public areas to a high standard.
- Provide clinical support to podiatrists, preparation of treatment rooms & preparing instruments.
- Responding to emails and social media messages.
- Adhering to confidentiality and GDPR policies.
- Managing flow of patients in a busy 3 clinic setting.
- Scanning patient records and input of data.
- Other duties as required.
Skills and Qualifications
- GCSE Maths and English (grade C or above) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in working with the public both face to face and by telephone.
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting.
- Marketing on social media platforms.
- Previous experience with an online diary system.
