We are seeking an experienced Sales and Service Manager to lead all sales and customer service activity for a HNW travel business focusing on the Asia market. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, conversion, and customer loyalty while ensuring a consistently high standard of personalised service.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will shape and execute sales strategies tailored to Asian markets, identify new and repeat business opportunities, and ensure the product offering continues to meet the expectations of a discerning luxury travel audience.
You will lead and develop a team of Asia-based sales consultants, embedding best-in-class sales practices, driving conversion performance, and fostering a high-performance, customer-centric culture.
Overseeing the end-to-end client journey, you will ensure service standards are met and exceeded, manage complex escalations, and implement consistent ways of working across the region.
This is a commercial, people-led role suited to a proven sales leader with luxury travel expertise, strong coaching capability, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
