A newly created role for a Head of Operations to help shape the future of a growing, ambitious and agile Travel Management Business. We are looking for an experienced Operations Leader with a TMC background, to drive business efficiency and process improvement. Someone who not only understands how the systems work, but how to make it work better for colleagues, clients and the business.
A natural problem solver, a Technology (Sabre) super-user who is customer centric, performance driven and a positive people leader. We are looking for someone who knows corporate travel operations inside out, is a genuine Sabre super-user, with a working knowledge of ProTAS. You’ll love solving complex operational and client challenges and turning technology and insight into better ways of working.
The role will drive the connection between service, productivity, commercial performance and client retention, working with the team to provide best in class service delivery. You will be given the opportunity to become the architect of better ways of working connecting Operations, Client Success, Commercial, Technology, Finance and People and deputise for the Operations Director and act as a senior escalation point for significant operational and client challenges.
