An exciting new role that will take ownership of building a world-class Supplier partnership and Contracting capability within this specialist tour operating business.

Leading the global supplier ecosystem to improve margin, secure supply, enable scalable growth, and strengthen supplier relationships across the travel portfolio. This role owns the supplier strategy, contracting, commercial performance, and supplier operation.

The role will build strategic, trust-based partnerships that deliver preferential access, differentiated experiences, operational reliability, and long-term mutual value.

Accountable for supplier economics, contract performance, and supply risk, the role works cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Merchandising, Finance, and Technology to improve gross margin, inventory security, and customer outcomes.
