We’re looking for an experienced Financial Controller for an exceptional travel business, based in Hertfordshire. In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that you have experience in the Travel Industry, with strong people management skills.

You’ll oversee everything from budgeting, forecasting and cashflow - to monthly reporting, management reports and external travel industry compliance requirements. Aside from day-to-day responsibilities, you will also contribute strategically, playing a key role in supporting decision‑making, improving processes and strengthening financial controls.

As well as being a qualified accounting professional, you will also have strong technical expertise, confidence presenting to senior stakeholders and the ability to drive continuous improvement.
