Job Description
We’re seeking an experienced and commercially driven Sales Manager to join a fantastic travel business, on a 12‑month maternity cover contract.
This high‑impact role focuses on identifying, securing and growing charter and incentive business across Europe, the UK, the Middle East and selected international markets. You will drive new commercial opportunities, negotiate profitable charter agreements and build long‑term partnerships across the corporate, MICE, travel trade and luxury sectors.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated self‑starter with a proven track record of winning high‑value business and managing complex commercial relationships. You’ll bring strong commercial acumen, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate across international teams to deliver outstanding client experiences. With regular international travel of up to 50%,, this role offers the chance to represent the brand at industry events, develop multi‑year strategic partnerships and play a key part in driving sustainable revenue growth across a global charter portfolio.
