About the Role

As an Events Coordinator, you will own the end-to-end execution of our Singles events - from initial concept to the final execution. You’ll be the welcoming face at our events, and the person ensuring that all details are in place for a smooth and enjoyable experience. What you would do:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute singles events, ensuring smooth operations from concept to post-event, including on-site hosting of events
  • Liaise closely with internal stakeholders such as our marketing team to promote events, contribute creative ideas, and ensure effective outreach
  • Logistics coordination to manage venues, materials, vendors, schedules, and staffing needs
  • Oversee sign ups, monitor gender ratios, and maintain a balanced, engaging participant mix
  • Track event budget and P&L, controlling costs while ensuring profitability
  • Lead management of part-time staff assisting with event admin and on-the-day operations

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in events coordination
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; confident in engaging diverse groups
  • Comfortable with working on evenings or weekends, when events are scheduled
  • Basic budgeting or P&L management experience is a plus
