We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join the team at GAIA in London. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, motivate, and develop the restaurant team to consistently deliver exceptional service standards.
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service at all times.
- Maintain a strong presence on the floor, actively engaging with guests and supporting the team throughout service.
- Ensure all service, presentation, and grooming standards are maintained in line with the GAIA brand.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring effective resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor restaurant presentation, cleanliness, and operational standards to maintain a luxury dining environment.
- Manage rota planning, staffing levels, and labour costs in line with business targets.
- Work closely with senior management on operational reporting, team performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
