Salary: £50,400 + tips + tronc surplus
As Floor Manager, you will:
- Lead and inspire the front of house team (waiters, commis waiters, runners) to deliver exceptional guest service in line with Gaia standards.
- Oversee daily service operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and professional delivery at all times.
- Act as a key point of contact for guests, creating memorable interactions and ensuring their needs are anticipated and exceeded.
- Support with staff training, development, and motivation, ensuring high performance across the team.
- Step in to run a section as Head Waiter when required, leading by example.
- Take ownership of service preparation, briefings, and handovers, ensuring standards are consistently met.
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, service reports, and rota scheduling.
- Play an active role in weekly management meetings, training initiatives, and continuous improvement.
