As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Agency Partnership Director to help accelerate our agency growth strategy. This is not a traditional account management role.

You'll own and grow a portfolio of recruitment marketing agency partnerships while identifying new opportunities to expand Gaia's footprint within the agency market.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building relationships with senior decision-makers
  • Creating account growth plans and commercial strategies
  • Leading Quarterly Business Reviews and strategic client discussions
  • Building presentations, proposals, and commercial recommendations
  • Conducting proactive outreach and business development activity
  • Building strong agency relationships
  • Developing strategic account plans
  • Driving measurable commercial outcomes

Requirements:

  • Proven success in account growth, business development, or agency partnerships
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Experience building and managing senior stakeholder relationships
  • Excellent presentation and proposal-writing skills
