As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Agency Partnership Director to help accelerate our agency growth strategy. This is not a traditional account management role. We're looking for someone who thrives on building opportunities, developing relationships, creating commercial strategies, and driving revenue growth.
You will own and grow a portfolio of recruitment marketing agency partnerships while identifying new opportunities to expand Gaia's footprint within the agency market.
- Building relationships with senior decision-makers.
- Creating account growth plans and commercial strategies.
- Leading Quarterly Business Reviews and strategic client discussions.
- Building presentations, proposals, and commercial recommendations.

Requirements:
