About the Role:
This role is home-based and would be ideally suited to a senior ecologist that wants to help drive the delivery of BNG services to clients, including surveys, assessments and advice.
Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery of BNG services for a diverse client portfolio
- Produce high-quality BNG assessments and management plans
- Coach and support junior consultants
- Deliver in-house training and help shape the future of the ecology team
Required Skills:
- 5+ years’ experience in habitat and protected species assessments
- Ability to write reports such as EPS licensing, HRA and ES chapters
- Strong grasp of the evolving developments in biodiversity net gain
- Confident using UK Habs
