Are you an experienced ecologist with a passion for biodiversity net gain (BNG) and mentoring the next generation?

About the Role:

This role is home-based and would be ideally suited to a senior ecologist that wants to help drive the delivery of BNG services to clients, including surveys, assessments and advice.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead delivery of BNG services for a diverse client portfolio
  • Produce high-quality BNG assessments and management plans
  • Coach and support junior consultants
  • Deliver in-house training and help shape the future of the ecology team

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years’ experience in habitat and protected species assessments
  • Ability to write reports such as EPS licensing, HRA and ES chapters
  • Strong grasp of the evolving developments in biodiversity net gain
  • Confident using UK Habs

Pay range and compensation package: up to 40k
