For Companies Our client is looking for a Low Carbon Energy Assessor to join their expanding team, with the flexibility to work from any one of their 17 UK offices.

As a key member of the Energy Group Building Compliance Team, you will play a crucial role in delivering energy engineering projects.
Responsibilities
– Conducting EPCs & DECs for non-domestic buildings.
– Utilizing Design Builder software for assessments.
– Producing reports and client proposals.
– Providing guidance on Part L (England & Wales) & Section 6 (Scotland) regulations.
– Supporting business development by identifying new clients and opportunities.
Requirements
– Level 3 / 4 Non-Domestic EPC Assessor Certification
– Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role (EPC & DEC focus)
– Strong organizational & communication skills
– Proficiency in Ace Wizard Portal
– Understanding of MEES Regulations
– Full UK driving license (clean record)
– TM44 certification is desirable
