Are you a registered Nurse, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapists or Paramedic and looking for a new challenge? You could use your skills differently as a Functional Assessor. Our Offer It’s an exciting and challenging role that can be quite different from other healthcare professions, and that’s why You’ll begin with a 5week, training programme, with close mentorship to work on your ongoing development. Basic salary of £38,500 Rising to £39,500 upon successful completion of training stages ~£1000 One off payment after successful completion of competency ~10% Quality & Performance Bonus available after training and completion of competency ~ Meaning OTE of £43,450 Day to Day You will work full time to manage caseloads undertaking initial reviews, paper-based, face-to-face, video or telephone assessments assessing full range of health conditions and disabilities to find out how it impacts the claimant’s day-to-day life creating a comprehensive report. Your Requirements ~ Registered Adult Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Paramedic. ~1+ years post registration experience. ~ Valid registration Pin with the NMC or HCPC without restrictions or conditions. ~ Excellent communication skills ~ Excellent IT skills with the ability to type a minimum of 32 words per minute. ~ Right to work in the UK without an employer’s sponsorship visa.
