Our Offer
It’s an exciting and challenging role that can be quite different from other healthcare professions. You’ll begin with a 5-week training programme, with close mentorship to work on your ongoing development.
Basic salary: £38,500 rising to £39,500 upon successful completion of training stages.
Additional payments: £1,000 one-off payment after successful completion of competency; 10% Quality & Performance Bonus available after training and completion of competency, meaning OTE of £43,450.
Day to Day
You will work full time to manage caseloads undertaking initial reviews, paper-based, face-to-face, video or telephone assessments assessing a full range of health conditions and disabilities to find out how it impacts the claimant’s day-to-day life, creating a comprehensive report.
Your Requirements
- Registered Adult Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Paramedic.
- 1+ years post-registration experience.
- Valid registration Pin with the NMC or HCPC without restrictions or conditions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent IT skills with the ability to type a minimum of 32 words per minute.
- Right to work in the UK without an employer’s sponsorship visa.
