Our Offer

It’s an exciting and challenging role that can be quite different from other healthcare professions, and that’s why you’ll begin with a 5-week training programme, with close mentorship to work on your ongoing development.

  • Basic salary of £38,500 rising to £39,500 upon successful completion of training stages
  • £1,000 one-off payment after successful completion of competency
  • 10% Quality & Performance Bonus available after training and completion of competency
  • Meaning OTE of £43,450

Day to Day

You will work full time to manage caseloads undertaking initial reviews, paper-based, face-to-face, video or telephone assessments assessing a full range of health conditions and disabilities to find out how it impacts the claimant’s day-to-day life creating a comprehensive report.

Your Requirements

  • Registered Adult Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Paramedic.
  • 1+ years post registration experience.
  • Valid registration Pin with the NMC or HCPC without restrictions or conditions.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent IT skills with the ability to type a minimum of 32 words per minute.
  • Right to work in the UK without an employer’s sponsorship visa.
