Are you a registered Pharmacist looking to use your clinical knowledge differently — with regular hours, no night shifts, and no dispensing targets? We're recruiting Pharmacists into Functional Assessor roles supporting PIP (Personal Independence Payment) assessments. Your expertise in medication, conditions, and patient interaction transfers directly into this work, where you'll assess how a person's health condition or disability affects their daily life and produce clear, evidence-based reports.

  • £40,000–£47,000 (location dependent) + bonuses
  • 1,000 salary increase at 6 months, plus a further £1,000 at 12 months
  • ~£2,000 bonus on successful completion of training
  • ~ Eligible for a 10% ongoing performance bonus thereafter
  • Full structured training — no prior assessment experience needed
