Registered Nurse RGN, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist – Hybrid role (Clinic/Homebased) in Wimbledon.

Our client is seeking Nurses, OTs, and Physiotherapists to join their organization in Wimbledon.

Day to Day

You will assess up to six customers per day, using clinical observations and questioning to create a written report for the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP), which will use this report to make support decisions. The assessment involved is called a Work Capability Assessment.

Training

Customers will present multiple clinical issues. You will receive industry-leading training from expert clinical tutors. This training will equip you with the skills to support customers and transfer your current medical knowledge to the role\’s requirements.

Full training lasts approximately 6 months, during which you will be paid. This role maintains your registration with the NMC or HCPC, with revalidation support provided.

Development

After training, ongoing CPD is supported, with over 100 hours per year. You will receive support with revalidation and have opportunities for career development within the organization. You will be assigned a clinical supervisor and can study for the Diploma in Disability Assessment Medicine, accredited by the FOM.

Your Requirements

Applicants should be Nurses, OTs, or Physiotherapists with at least 1 year of experience in inpatient roles dealing with diverse clinical conditions. IT skills are advantageous. Ability to type at 30 words per minute is preferred. Candidates should be highly literate, detail-oriented, and possess adaptable communication skills.
