About the Role
As a WCA Functional Assessor, youll conduct Work Capability Assessments with people claiming health-related benefits, evaluating how their health condition or disability affects their ability to work, and producing clear, evidence-based reports for the DWP.
Who Can Apply
NMC-registered Nurses (RGN, RMN or RNLD), HCPC-registered Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists
Minimum 12 months post-registration experience
Strong written communication and clinical reasoning skills
No previous assessment experience needed — full training provided.
