About the Role
We are recruiting experienced HCPC-registered Occupational Therapists across the UK to join our team of Functional Assessors. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for OTs who want more predictable hours, structured career development, and the chance to apply their clinical expertise in a new and meaningful way. You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support; no previous Functional Assessor experience is required.

What You’ll Need
- Be an HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
- Have a minimum of 1 year’s post-registration experience in the UK
- Demonstrate excellent clinical reasoning and interpersonal skills
- Be confident working in a hybrid setting, using digital systems and technology
- Have a compassionate, professional approach to assessments
