About the Role
We are recruiting Physiotherapists across the UK to train and work as Functional Assessors, supporting the delivery of high-quality health assessments that contribute to important public services. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians seeking a more structured working pattern, improved work-life balance, and clear career progression.
Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will use your clinical expertise to assess individuals' functional abilities through a combination of clinical observations, evidence reviews, and structured consultations. Full training is provided, and previous Functional Assessor experience is not required.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from £37,500 to £49,934, depending on location
- Hybrid working model, combining on-site assessment centre days with home-based reporting
- Structured remuneration uplifts:
- £1,000 increase at 6 months
- Additional £1,000 increase at 12 months

About You
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be a HCPC-registered Physiotherapist
- Have a minimum of 1 year's post-registration experience working as a Physiotherapist in the UK

- Have a patient-centred approach with high professional standards
